Company Refund and Returns Policy

All and any business undertaken by the Company shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this contract which are as follows:

Definitions

‘Company’ shall mean Pampersnappies.com.au, a business unit of CAD Trading P/L ABN 88 144 867 041, Pampersnappies.com.au website and their employees, servants, agents, subsidiaries and associated entities.

‘Customer’ shall mean the retailer, wholesaler, distributor, consignor, the receiver, the consignee, the owner of the Goods, the bailor of the Goods or the person for whom any other Services are performed.

‘Goods’ shall mean the products, articles or things tendered for sale by the Company and shall include the container or containers, packaging containing the same and any other pallet or pallets delivered with the same to the Customer.

Refund Policy for Pampersnappies.com.au

Returns Policy only applies to products sold by CAD Trading P/L on Pampersnappies.com.au. It does not apply to products sold by third parties, where third parties may be retailers, wholesalers or other merchants. These third parties are responsible for all faults and returns of goods.

Returns are simple and easy.

Please contact CAD Trading Pty Ltd t/a PampersNappies on (02) 9938 1713 for a Return ID and information about our Return To Sender options or other applicable means of returning goods for warranty, refund, exchange or any other re-processing.

Pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. CAD Trading P/L is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Return freight to be paid by buyer and restock fee of 5% will be applied.

Please include the following information in your package:

1. Your name, return address and telephone number
2. Your Return ID - Provided by calling Customer Service on 1300 76 75 21.
3. A brief description of the problem or service you are requesting
4. A copy of the receipt dated within 30 days of your product purchase date.

Product Warranty

All CAD Trading P/L supplied products, purchased from CAD Trading P/L directly are warranted for 30 days from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from CAD Trading P/L. Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, abuse, alteration to the product, own repairs or negligence is not covered under CAD Trading P/L Warranty Policies. Misuse, unauthorized/own repairs, abuse or alteration of product voids warranty. Manufacturer’s defects will be determined by CAD Trading P/L.

CAD Trading P/L administers the manufacturers 30 day product warranty: to be free from defects and faulty workmanship on all products, unless specified otherwise (extended warranty or warranty exclusion).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds

We will issue a full refund under warranty for any returned products when your return meets the above warranty requirements. Any goods returned for a refund for any reason other than defective or as a result of our error will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Shipping Damage or Missing Items

Our standard shipping methods do not cover any loss for shipping damage or missing items. Insurance to cover this is automatically included in Express delivery options. All our delivery service require signature on delivery, no exceptions.

Cancel Order Requests

With any cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. In the event that the product is shipped, you will be charged for the order. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us ASAP via the details below and quote your order number. Cancelled orders paid for by credit card need to be refunded to the same credit card; you will need to contact us to provide the card details again as no credit card records are kept. The refund transaction is subject to a merchant processing fee of 1.1% of the total transaction value.
