PampersNappies.com.au Gift Certificates

PampersNappies.com.au offers gift certificates of various denominations that can be redeemed for any products listed on our website. Certificates can be redeemed via the website or by calling our sales line on 1300 76 75 21.

The Gift Certificate pack will be forwarded to the recipient together with any personal message the buyer wants to include. They are valid for 2 years only and subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

How do I order?

Simply proceed to the `Gift Certificate` category and add one or more certificates into your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout and create your account and continue through the checkout process. At the `Delivery Information` page the recipients address can be added should you wish for us to send the Gift pack directly to them. Use the `Change Address` button to create the new address. If you would like to include a personal message please enter this in the order comments section.

Proceed to payment and confirmation and complete the order. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your order at that stage.

We will then ship the Gift Certificate pack included redemption instructions, unique identifier code and card with the message to the shipping address provided.

Conditions of Use

- Gift certificates can only be redeemed on our website, www.pampersnappies.com.au, or via our sales line on 1300 76 75 21

- Not Valid for any other website or retail stores.

- On order completion and once the certificate has been validated it will be debited by the cost of goods + freight.

- You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card or redeem your Gift Card for cash.

- Your Gift Card may only be used to make purchases up to the Remaining Card Value/Balance. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Remaining Card Value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.

- We will contact the recipient should the delivery address for redeemed orders change from that provided at purchase.

- Certificates are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. The date of expiry will be clearly printed on the certificates.

- Any balance that remains on a Gift Card will not be available for use after the card’s expiry date.

- Balances can be checked at any time by calling our sales line on 1300 76 75 21.

- Valid for new account holders only. Cannot be used by used by existing plan members.

- Certificates are to be treated as cash, ECO Imports P/L t/a PampersNappies.com.au and none of its members will accept any responsibility for lost or stolen certificates.

- Certificates are non-transferrable.
